Return Policy

It is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from God's Brand Apparel. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your item along with your receipt within 30 days of receiving the item. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to the verification of original sale. We reserve the right to limit returns regardless of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with the original sales receipt, original sales tag attached and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds With Original Sales Receipt:

Please complete the Product Return form indicating the reason for your return/exchange. This form can be found at the bottom of our home page on our website under "Returns". Return your item within 30 days along with your original sales receipt to God's Brand Apparel Returns Department 12 Prairie Crossing Drive St. Paul, MO 63366. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us.  We recommend using an insured mail service, as we are not responsible for items that we have not received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to post to your account once we receive your package.

Refunds Without An Original Sales Receipt:

If you do not have an original Sales receipt, you will be given store credit for the current sales price of the item.

Clearance Items:

Unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded. Exchanges of clearance items are subject to availability.

Exchanges:

Please complete the Return/Exchange form indicating the reason for your exchange.  This form can be found at the bottom of our home page under "Returns".  Return your item within 30 days along with your original sales receipt to God's Brand Apparel Returns Department 12 Prairie Crossing Drive St. Paul, MO 6336. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  We recommend using an insured mail service, as we are not responsible for items that we have not received. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you the replacement item that you have requested.  God's Brand Apparel will cover the expense of shipping the new item back to you (Continental US residents only, this does not include Puerto Rico).   International Exchanges: You will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us AND the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Shipping:

Return packages must be prepaid; we do not accept COD packages. To return your product, you should mail your product to: God's Brand Apparel Returns Department 12 Prairie Crossing Drive St. Paul, Missouri United States 63366.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
